1. Enable usb debugging mode on your android phone using Developer options so read my this post it will help you to enable usb debugging mode.
2. Connect your mobile phone to your computer via data cable and you will see a notification at notification bar that Usb debugging connected.
3. Start android studio and open your project.
3. Click on Run App button.
4. Now it will show you your connected device name just select it by clicking on it and press ok button.
Here you go now your app will automatically launch via your phone.
