1. Open your SDK Manger and check whether Google Play Services is installed or Not, If not then install it.

2. After installing Google play services Start Eclipse in your computer.

3. Now GoTo File-> Import -> Android -> Existing Android Code Into Workspace. Now import your installed Google Play services library which is located inside your SDK Manager folder. Mine is like this : F:\Software\Android Development\Latest SDK manager\extras\google\google_play_services\libproject\google-play-services_lib .
